Plant Appreciation #011 Snowdrops

by Culti-Vate

Snowdrop ‘Galanthus’

It’s snowdrop season! So we had to dedicate a plant appreciation to these delicate little flowers that pop up almost out of nowhere, we can’t help but love them because they signal that spring is on its way!
We recently visited Hodstock Priory to see their woodland full of snowdrop, due to the recent snow there weren’t as many snowdrops out as we’d hoped but it was still an impressive sight, and a lovely day out.

There are plenty of websites you can go to find out where to visit to see a carpet of white snowdrops.
